How do I buy a Gift Card?

In order to purchase a Gift card, Go to our "Gift" page and fill in the required information. Select if the card is for you or for someone else. If the card is for someone else, the recipient will receive an email that you sent them a gift card. You will also receive an email that the gift card was sent!

​How do I redeem a Gift Card?​

To redeem the card, the recipient heads over to our store and finds items to purchase. During checkout, they enter their unique gift card code.

 

If the sale is worth more than the value of the card, you can pay for the remaining cost using our regular payment methods.​

Why did I not get a Gift Card confirmation email?

An email is sent to the you with the details of the purchase and an image of the DormlyBox Gift card, which you can print or forward by email. You can check the spam folder if the email does not arrive. Please allow up to 2 hours for email to arrive.
