Can I change the frequency of my subscription?
No, we do not have the option to change your billing cycle due to the difference in price we offer.
If you would like to change your subscription cycle, you would have to cancel your current subscription and start a new one with the biling cycle you want.
Why did I not receive my DormlyBox this month?
If you did not receive your DormlyBox when you should've, please check your tracking information, and contact us as soon as possible.​
Can I order 2 DormlyBoxes to go to 2 different locations?
Yes!
Simply place one order at a time and change the address at checkout for each one. If you are logged into your account, you can track your subscriptions on your members dashboard. You can also collect rewards points for both boxes.
